Leading Through Change & Disruption

Wednesday 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Session Description

Leading in times of change and disruption is challenging. Understanding how and why people react and respond in these stressful times is key to both navigating the event and bringing people along with you. The models, theories and concepts we discuss, combined with the practical experience of the instructor and participants will help any leader, supervisor, manager or executive better prepare and lead their organization and their people through change and disruptions.
