Time to “REBOOT” Harassment Prevention Efforts

Wednesday 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM

Session Description

Just over 30 years ago, it was determined that harassment was a form of discrimination in violation of federal law. Unfortunately, 3 decades later, harassment is still rampant in organizations. With all that we have been doing, we have been missing the mark. Too much focus on legal compliance and avoiding liability and not enough on respect and civility. It’s all about the culture! In this session, we will learn what the EEOC is expecting of employers now to show that you are taking your harassment prevention efforts seriously.
